Everybody loves to see their favourite celebrity in tv, films or at a movie premiere. Looking the way they do isn't easy! Their jobs depend on how they look and they need to take extra care of their health, hair, makeup and clothes. No matter where they are there are people taking photos - they need to look good all the time!
To look their absolute best and as sexy as possible celebrities have their own secrets. Some have fitness regimes, some have extreme diet plans and others have more sensible diets and meal plans. Here are the diet plans of seven of the top women celebs in the world.
1. Jennifer Aniston
Brad Pitts ex wife and star of the hit tv show Friends is without doubt a Hollywood icon - she even had a hairstyle named after her. She has starred in tv adverts and so many top magazine covers she had no choice but to look after herself. Here is the 40-30-30 diet plan she follows:
40% Low glycemic carbohydrates - Foods such as vegetables, fruits and beans
30% lean proteins - Turkey, chicken, fish, beef, tofu and low fat dairy products
30% essential fats - fish, nuts, seeds and olive oils
Each meal must contain a balance of hormones found in macronutrients to maximise weight loss.
2. Kate Hudson
After gaining 60lbs during her pregnancy, Kate Hudson, Goldie Hawn's daughter, had to lose her baby weight quickly due to an up coming film project. Although she always ate healthily, she changed to a high protein diet in small portions and exercised hard in cardiovascular workouts and using weights. In only 16 weeks Kate had regained her fabulous figure and added stomach muscles many others only dreamed of.
3. Oprah Winfrey
Oprah has had a well known battle with her appearance but she is now convinced that the main secret of her recent weight loss is not eating after 7pm in the evening. Oprah combines this strict rule with a diet plan of fish, chicken, low fat dairy products, fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes. Oprah exercises with half an hour on the treadmill and free weights 5 times a week and has never looked better since turning 50. She also limits her intake of white flour and sugar. Being a successful talk show host worldwide she is always in the spotlight and this is a great way to tone her figure and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
4. Gwyneth Paltrow
As a well known Academy award winning actress you might think she doesn't need to have a diet plan or to exercise. But she does! Gwyneth always has a healthy eating plan which is why she always looks good. She usually follows a macrobiotic diet, eating lean meat, brown rice and vegetables and avoiding white flour and sugar. She doesn't have dairy in her diet and practices yoga everyday.
5. Madonna
The ever changing image of Madonna has always had a fantastic body. She is well known for her fitness and extremely trim body. She also follows a macrobiotic eating plan, including organic foods high in lean protein and doesn't eat junk food. Madonna is a lover of Ashtanga Yoga.
