Benefits of Detoxing for Fitness and Health

Your body is always building toxins - they sometimes affect your body fitness and general health. It can seem a bit distasteful when you are cleansing or detoxing.

You can feel stressed and lethargic at times. You may have an aching, constipation, diarrohea or general feeling of being awkward.

Fat cells are where the toxins in your body are found and stored. When detoxing your body and cleansing all the unwanted toxins take care of the organs in your body which naturally dispose of them.

Your body has particular organs that deal naturally with toxin disposal. The detoxing process for a fit and healthy body involved these organs playing a major role:

1. The unwanted chemicals in your body is recycled by your liver. It sorts out which toxins need disposing of and places them to the organ which can deal with it during the process of circulation. These toxins will be stored and eliminated by the principal elimination organs which back up the liver.

2. Another organ which plays an important role in eliminating the toxins are the lymph glands. Excess waste of cells from the body to the eliminating organ is done through a network of tubing. Major lymphatic glands which help the major organs in cleansing and detoxing are the appendix, thymus, tonsil and spleen.

3. The kidneys keep the chemistry of the blood alkaline by cleaning out dissolved aid waste through the water management of the body. Drink plenty of water to help your kidney to function well. Drink fresh alkaline juices and purified water. Take 1/2 ounce of alkaline everyday to see positive results from your body weight.

4. The lungs allow oxygen to travel directly to the blood stream and therefore keep the blood air purified. They also remove waste gases found in every part of the human body. Breathing fresh air is very helpful to keep the lungs healthy and free from toxins.

5. The colon is a solid waste management organ in your body. Doctors have found many people may have an 80-pound mucus and rubber like solid waste that are found on the walls of the colon. The colon can be really difficult to detox and cleanse. However, having a free waste colon can certainly provide you good benefits of having a clean and healthy body.

Try taking some regular exercise such as walking if you are experiencing detoxification. Exercise is a major factor of having a healthy body and being physically fit. Diet doctors also recommend drinking lemon water. It can assist with good circulation and increases the rate of detox in the body.
